The identity for Anthea Grove was developed for families.
The tagline “turn a new leaf” was inspired by the lush green landscape of the development, and was made into a typographic feature. The dark background allowed the brightness of the photography to shine while the use of tropical leaves further enhanced the natural feel.
A stream of enquiries
The website combined with the brochure and email marketing gained the attention of investors, first home buyers and young families, generating a solid stream of enquiries and property sales.
