Sales of the modern townhouses were supported by a complete promotional package of brochure, folder and inserts.
These efficiently displayed the estate master plan, a comprehensive collection of floor plans and all the features and benefits of the townhouse collection.
Clean, fresh design allowed the stunning photography and renders of the development to shine.
The studio shoot of the young couple, rather than property-standard stock shots, created consistency for the brand throughout all media.
