Supporting quality and safety in disability services
The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is an independent Australian government agency responsible for improving the quality and safety of services provided under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The Commission works with providers, participants, and the broader sector to regulate services, promote best practice, and protect the rights of people with disability across Australia.

Designing accessible communication
I designed a series of accessible documents for the NDIS Commission, ensuring they could be used effectively across both digital and print formats. A key focus of the work was accessibility, with the digital versions structured to support screen readers and assistive technologies, allowing information to be accessed by a broader audience.
As part of the project, I also developed a set of custom branded icons that align with the Commission’s visual identity. These icons were designed not only for the initial documents but also as reusable assets for future communication materials, helping maintain consistency and clarity across ongoing marketing and educational resources.
